        I wish I could put a 0 star rating, as I've never met anyone as rude as that Colleen lady. My bf has been getting his taxes done there for a years and this year she asked for a bunch of things she should NOT have been asking for. And when my boyfriend questioned why he had to sign a very strange paper, she was extremely rude to him, even though she never once asked one of us for certain things. Don't go to H&R block, something fishy is going on there.
