Worst Canadian tire store I have ever been to. Went in to service for a tire rotation, and my truck started making noise after that so I went back and was told I needed a new wheel bearing. I got that replaced and my truck was still making noise so I went back and forth multiple times and had to research on my own what the issue was. I again went back to the store and asked them to check a 4wd part on my truck before replacing. Which they did not check and just replaced, and once they realized my vehicle was still making the noise I complained about in the first place they said oh well they had other cars to fix and told me I had to take my truck. My truck never had an issue before going in there and now I am out $800 and I have to take it to ford to get it fixed properly. I feel like I got scammed by this store and will never give them my business anymore. Also everyone on the service side are rude, and all the do is constantly go outside and smoke or ignore customers that are standing at the desk. Also the store never offered me a refund even though they mis diagnosed my vehicle from the get go. Mechanics also need more training as it seems them have no idea what they are doing.
