did a shoddy job last summer cleaning and fixing our gutters. When I tried to get in touch with them a few months later no one on premises and their phone "mailbox" was full. Where are they??

When you call them and are told you'll get a call back....two days go by ...no call. Call them again...they say you'll get a call back....guess what? No call back! Great service there.

I've been here a couple of times and the customer service is terrible. They don't have samples, they don't have prices. I straight up asked if I should go to Kent etc and pick something out and get them to give me a price on that product. I was then told, that would be a possible way to do it. Really? What an inconvenient and stupid way to do business. The first time I went there was a couple of years ago and it was the same thing, however, I thought perhaps I just came on a bad day and the regular employee in the office wasn't in potentially, as the lady was equally unhelpful. Same lady this time, same lack of knowledge and poor service. She basically said we need to know what we want when we come in. As you know, siding and colors are next to impossible to choose online. You need to see, touch and feel it and take it out into the sunlight to get a good idea of what it will truly look like. Needless to say, I won't be going back here again. Many other places greet you with coffee etc and treat you like a valued customer, unlike this place.
