Called in July for a bin. None available until September 1. Lady on the phone said if they had one earlier they would call. No calls, Sept 3rd I call them. Was told no way would anyone tell me I could have a bin on the 1st. But I was scheduled for a bin the next week. Called again on the 7th, was told bin was scheduled for delivery that evening. Was not delivered. Now Thursday evening, still no bin, no call, no nothing. Worst bin company I've ever dealt with. If you don't have a bin just say so, don't lie and make up stuff about when it will be delivered. Would give it minus 5 stars if I could. Don't use this company, not worth the hassle and from reading other reviews it seems it's not the first time.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I was flying home for week to empty my 86 year Mothers house, before we can move her into an apartment and needed a disposal bin. Spoke with them well in advance of my trip, provided a deposit, and was assured the bin would be there for Monday 30 Aug. I even had a nice chat with lady who took the order, she sympathized with the difficulty in caring for elderly family while living away. I phoned them from my Moms Monday morning we cant deliver the bin this morning as two drivers called in sick. Its very possible it will be there in the afternoon. No bin Monday. Tuesday morning were short drivers, but well have the bin there this afternoon. 1400 Tuesday, no bin. Another call, now Im very frustrated and make that clear. Id like the owner/manager to call me. Id like them to expedite this work order, Im running out of time. Wednesday, no bin. Final call were very sorry but we cant fulfill this order. I plead with them, but sadly its clear my 86 year old Mother and I have been flushed. Finally I ask if they know a competitor who they (or I)could call. Try looking on the internet was the young woman whom Id been dealing with reply. I was told (or course) that the pleasant, compassionate woman I spoke with 3 weeks earlier no longer works there. The owner didnt even have the dignity or courage to phone me personally. This company lacks, among many other things, morality and ethics. After some frantic phone calls Kildare Construction came to my rescue and dropped a disposable bin off just hours after I got in touch with them. Im forever grateful. Stay clear of Label Construction.
