I went back to the store 3 days after that, and the supervisor Carolina refused to refund me! Its impressive how a person so unprepared like her can be a supervisor. Its a defective product and this store, represented by Mrs. Carolina, simply dont care about the security of their customers. She said once we used it, she cant refund us! Of course its not in the box, we tried to use it and we both almost felt and got severely injured! Bizarre.
