Purchased some items at the store and after paying for them was told that we had two weeks to return them if that was the case (normal stuff). Three days later went to return half the items and first we were asked for our names and telephone number to process the return and we were told that without that information they could not process the return. Of course, we provided a bogus number, since it is somewhat common knowledge that we cannot be forced to provide private information. Then, at the time of returning the actual items we were told that the purchase amount can only be returned by means of a gift card. We were told that the original receipt explained that the returns were only by means of a gift card. Still, that was not explained at the time of the purchase.
