Employees have one speed! It always seems painful for them to serve us. Its always a very long time even if there are barely any customers.

This Tim Horton is located in the dining area of Les Halles d'Anjou. If this place is practical, it is certainly not the most pleasant. Luckily, in the middle of the week and early in the morning, it was quiet. The counter was open at the same time as the establishment and therefore well before the majority of shops. In doing so, the tables were already full when I visited! The stalls were filled with pastries. Some seemed tasty and even more tempting than at the pastry shop located a stone's throw away and others seemed to have been cooked slightly longer (too) long. The wait wasn't too long. The two employees communicated very well with each other and shared tasks efficiently. So customers received their order quickly! Personally I took the opportunity to select a birthday offer. Having never used this reward at Tim's and being clumsy, I asked the person at the checkout for a helping hand (the application did not work for online ordering). Without any fuss, but still friendly, it was resolved quickly. A little confusion on the part of the employee made me understand that this Tim doesn't make iced infusions! This should therefore be taken into consideration for warmer and summer temperatures! My order (very simple) was paid quickly and in less than two hours (the time to go around the counter), I had my coffee in hand (dark roast coffee). Ultimately for a takeaway order it's fine, but to taste on site, it's worth seeing! Tim has been in the region for a long time and is part of the Canadian decor, so I will definitely go back there for an unpretentious coffee!
