Sent an email to customer service, clearly explaining that the description on the website is not accurate and I was shipped the wrong item. The representative refused to acknowledge it and just simply said it is correct. The item was listed as 20x60 on the website (it's a towel) and they shipped me a 20x38 ( I measured it myself). That is a large difference as it's basically a large hand towel, not suitable for a competitive swimmer to be using on a regular basis. Very frustrating experience!!!

Give your hard-earned money to any company but All Tides. I have spent the last few days trying to get info on a refund and receive the full refund I am entitled to. Customer service is non-existent. Utterly unhelpful, disdainful, dismissive and they can't do basic math. Even after clear evidence they have made a basic math error that is costing me money, they have refused to respond and deny the problem. Emails are one-liners, no helpful information or explanation provided after several requests. They do tell you to have a good day when they are dismissing your evidence though. Terrible company. Terrible staff. Terrible attitude towards customers. Even in this age of horrid treatment of clients by companies, they set a new low. Take your business elsewhere.
