Le 22 dcembre je reois un mail me disant qu'ils ne pourront pas me dmnager le 3 janvier car ils sont en vacances... Ils me proposent le 29 ou le 30, ou encore le 4 janvier. Je leur fait remarquer que je serai dans l'avion, alors ils me disent d'aller l'htel en attendant mon vol. Evidemment je l'ai mal pris, j'ai trouv un autre dmnageur disponible pour le 3. Non seulement ils ne m'ont jamais rembours mon acompte, mais en plus ils ont t particulirement non professionnel, dsagrables, malhonntes, et j'en passe. Et pour couronner le tout, 30% plus cher que l'autre dmnageur engag par la suite. Mon conseil est d'viter de faire affaire avec eux, pour sauver l'nergie et le porte monnaie.

I received my belongings within the specified time frame. It was the best experience as far as moving. I have moved to the UK and the level of service impeccable from beginning to end. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all my family and friends.
