Same thing .After we waited for 20 min in line for our turn cause their is only 1 person working inside . The lady at the door didnt let us in , she said that i have to choose what i want from the book and she will bring it to the door and serve their!!!i cant go inside and choose by myself ! When i asked why ,she said that they are working by commission and once she decides to serve you at the door you cant go inside the store anymore cause theyre paid by commission. After 30 min of waiting in line i was forced to choose from a book , and even if you choose 2-3 items she have to ask her colleague who is serving another customer to go get her the items cause she cant leave her position at the door. I was so frustrated i only got the bracelet and left . I didnt get any charms. Save yourself the trouble and buy online , its much better than buying from a book at the door while 5 person waiting in line are staring at you. Really uncomfortable! By the way this NOT temporary, she said its their new policy since covid (3 years) !!!
