Optique Multivisions

I initially received friendly service from one lady who helped me choose a pair of glasses I was satisfied with and also patiently assisted me in inserting and removing contact lenses for the first time. The atmosphere is very clean and modern here, and it isnt usually busy. There is a nice selection of brand name glasses and youd be surprised at how affordable the frames are. However, the optometrist is rarely available for appointments and I had a very negative experience when I had eyelid inflammation. I called this place and expressed it was an emergency but the woman at the reception refused to book an appointment for me claiming she didnt know if what I had was infectious and didnt want me to spread it. Really? So basically if you have eye problems you cant go to this optometrist. Never stepping foot here again.

First time coming here for a pair of glasses and was impressed by the service. Anastasia in particular, was friendly, helpful and offered a fair price. Would recommend to anyone looking for high quality glasses and a great customer experience :)

The staff are super nice and helpful. I came without notice and i thought I had an allergies and my eyes were itchy for that reason. The optometrist took me without an appointment and told me I had an eye infection. Gave me an prescription and now my eyes are better. Shout out to the optique multivisions for the best service!!
