        What should have been 3-4 weeks LTL SEA freight turned into 3 months of hell. They lost our shipment in Belgium. Then weeks later they found it. Month later, it's arrived in Montreal (end of June), but was loaded on a train?? Since then it's been chasing them daily for answers. The shipment had been released, but no delivery date. Everyday, I have to chase an answer, of which I know is not the real answer....oh and it's a total loss for my company as our clients cancelled on us due to this . K+N Obviously, will take no ounce of responsibility
