        My fiance went here to get her engagement ring resized, and despite repeating to the jeweler that she didn't know how tight a ring should be and requesting for his professional opinion, he failed to provide it. Simply repeating "you're the customer, you choose" Then finally when they settle on a size based on band thickness and tester ring fittings, she returns to pick it up to discover he didn't even stick to the agreed up size ! He went a quarter size up so now it doesn't fit properly.
