        We ordered 1 worker's wrap with 2 bacon timatins, we waited 10 minutes and still nothing received. The people who had ordered after us were starting to receive their orders and we were still waiting. We asked if our order was being prepared after 15 minutes of waiting, the sandwich lady told us with a stupid look that she didn't know. After 25 minutes we went back asked if our order was coming soon, and it wasn't even prepared yet, after 35 minutes and seeing no wrap/timatin being prepared we left. During the entire waiting time, he never had an apology or a sorry, and we weren't the only ones waiting a long time. The team has difficulty putting their priorities in the right place, making the right orders and providing polite and courteous service.
