I have many very powerful sessions with Norm. He helps to align with the most important tasks as my projects are a little overwhelming at times. His advise is solid, wise and heart based. I have seen many positive shifts and outcomes from our time together. I am looking forward to many more sessions. I originally booked him to get through some blockage as I was launching a new business. His coaching style is compassionate and direct. Highly Recommend

I reached out to Norm during a time when I lacked a sense of direction, and felt unmotivated for a long while. It was evident from the start that Norm listened deeply and understood me thoroughly. More importantly, with his gentle yet firm guidance, I felt that I was answering some of my own questions, and was finding directions within me that had been waiting to be discovered. It was like finally for once, the light that I emitted was not shining into the void, but he acted as a mirror to reflect it back at myself, so I could see and appreciate myself, as if for the first time in my life. These were exactly the empowerment that I needed. With his facilitation I visualized the burdens that I had been carrying, some newly accumulated, some hidden for decades already. So now the choice is mine, to continue carrying the weights of fear, shame, guilt and victimhood, or to transform the challenges that I have gone through into courage, wisdom, humility and resilience? To continue waiting for someone to discover me, or to embark on a brave journey of self-discovery? I choose the latter. Thanks Norm!

I was researching for a business coach around Montreal to help me focus and grow on my ideas. After viewing multiple options, I thought that Coach Tam was the best option. I was right! Norm helped a lot in my ways of thinking and realizing things I was doing that affected negatively my subconscious. Realizing that, it helps me get back on track. After 4 sessions, I'm back, well thought and fully confident. Whether you are 19 like me or closer to the middle of your career and don't know if self-improvement or business coaching is necessary, the fact that you're having this thought is probably a good indication to book right away! Would recommend Coach Tam to anyone I could possibly help.

I am highly recommending Norm's IKIGAI Coaching! His realness and honesty, openness and experience bring such a refreshing perspective. Besides feeling so welcomed just as I am, his toolbox, coaching sensitivity and expertise are really great. The sessions with Norm brought me closer to myself, changed my mindset and made me see how confusion and chaos can be turned into gratitude, positive opportunities turning into action and simple joy. The beauty and effectiveness of the sessions is that Norm really works together with you, no judgement, no shyness about bringing challenging questions to the table and daring you to be real.
