I've been to Aritzia a few times and their clothes are super cute! One thing that stands out to me is that the staff usually don't interact with you, which is a positive for me because I like to shop on my own. However, it can be a bit challenging since customers usually have to approach the staff if they need any help. The change rooms, unfortunately, are another story. They often have a really bad smell - like a biohazard level stench that's hard to ignore. It's such a shame because I really like their clothes, but I avoid this store specifically because of the unpleasant odor in the change rooms. Overall, it's a great place to shop for stylish clothing, but the poor smell in the change rooms can be a major turn-off.
