        **UPDATE** After writing the previous comment they found a solution! They were really nice about it! We agreed on paying the repairman but that made sense with our guarentee. I give 4 stars because they didnt told us that they needed two man so two man = 140$/h X 2. Wich is fair, but it was never explained to us! **previous comment** Our unit that we installed only 3 years ago on the roof fell down and broke. I contacted the costumer service many times with no answer, when they finally answered me they told me they cant do anything for us due that to the guaranty on labour was only one year. The repairman from the other company we called to try to repair it said it was not well installed at first thats why the unit fell. I called back MC ventilation and they dont even want to call to order the piece that broke. Very bad customer service after installation wont recommend ...
