    Just horrible. No other word to describe. Purchased pool at the Pierrefonds store. The service during sale was extraordinary. Once I paid , thank you , next . Issues upon issues for installation. Now not even 2 years later , equipment is malfunctioning. Calling for warranty support get this , they tell you they are too busy to talk right now. Like they literally tell you that. Will give another 24 hours for call back (which would add up to total of 3 days) and then calling Protection du Consomateur for next steps. This type of treatment to paying customers should be illegal. Companies should get fined for this level of incompetence.
