Ordered one very expensive coin mech from this company was told it would be 2-3 weeks I said ok ordered it tell me what info you need. Called a month later and was told I hadnt answered them back (I have the records to prove otherwise) told them such and the part was now available immediately. I was shipped and billed for two very expensive coin mechs so I tried to get the shipment stopped but it was too late. Asked how to ship it back and they provided an account number with the shipping company sent it back received my refund all good. Now today I received a bill for shipping from the shipping company because the account number I was provided was for a different business that was no longer even valid. Despicable customer service and I wish we could deal with someone else but they are the closest dealer we have here in Canada
