        Terrible customer service, unprofessional company. My first order delivered with half of the items wrong, they denied their mistake. They didnt accept the return of wrong items they sent. My second order came wrong waited for weeks.

        Great first experience. Needed latex additive for a tiling job and price was better than the big box stores that did not have the product in stock. Shipping was free and order was shipped within 2 business days. Will definitely be a return customer for future needs. Thank you!

        Horrible return policy Restocking fees and 10$ shipping to return. Better pay more expensive and order from Amazon at least you can return it if you don't use it
