Ton trs sec et cassant au tlphone. Ce qui ne me donnait pas envie d'aller de l'avant avec cette cie. J'ai tout de mme relanc plusieurs fois, la dame du service la clientle par courriel pour confirmer le RV d'un certain M. Gouin qui devait passer chez mois pour valuer les travaux, mais je n'ai jamais eu de retour de leur part...
