    Trying to get through for the past week. Left 3 messages nobody called back. All I got was waiting endlessly for someone to pick up. If you press the 2 (existing customer) option they never pick up. If you press 1 for a new policy they will pick up right away. I am so disappointed with their service. Will be switching to another insurance company. update: Finally was able to cancel. They first send me a reimbursement check for 57$ then 3 weeks later sent me a letter that I owe them 35$ ??? Now they are threatening to send my file in collection. STAY AWAY FROM THESE MORONS!!

On m'a rpondu que c'tait normal car il tait trs occuper a vendre de nouvelles polices et que c'tait le meilleur au canada....(comme si c'tait une rponse appropri....). Bref une fois que vous tes clients on vous ignore....par contre quand je me suis fait frauder ma carte de crdit, j'ai oublier que Allstate tait en prpaiement automatis alors ils m'ont appeler pour m'aviser que le paiement n'avais pas passer, j'ai rpondu a l'appel en offrant la nouvelle carte de crdit et en expliquant mon histoire. Ils ont tout de mme choisi de me charger 50$ de frais pour mettre le nouveau numro de carte de crdit dans leur systme et prendre le paiement....J'ai donc changer mes polices d'assurances de place et ce jour, personne ne m'a contacter pour savoir pourquoi j'avais quitter.....
