They don't want to listen to customer at all. They said they have GPS proof for the schedule, but they didn't come to do it for sure. It is impossible to make a full of a big size recycle bin in a month. I use small can of salmon, tuna, and some papers to put there. Also, they increase the price for the service fee without any notice. I recognize when I get the invoice every month.

Does not respect the city's collection hours. Every Saturday morning, someone spends before 5am... 10min moving the containers, then going backwards with the alarm to the end of the alley. I am in communication with the city and the business that hired them, and no change for over a year. The police told me that they can't even intervene because the truck would have left before they arrived... I'm at my wit's end. Why is it impossible to respect the municipal by-law? Why collect waste in the wee hours of the morning?

We have spoken twice on the phone to this company to end the service. We were confirmed on the 2nd call that everything is fine and that this is already in the system, noted in the file. In the end, this was not the case. It seems that it was necessary to have a writing. I am therefore taking the trouble to write this!!!
