I purchased a new heat pump from Climatisation Nouvelle re at the beginning of September 2022. It is a dual zone system one exterior compressor with two interior heads. I am completely pleased with the excellent work done by Claude (the owner) and the two installers Charles and Sebastien. Figuring out how and where to set up the system in my house was difficult and complex; there are no ideal locations, and some thoughtful creativity was required. Claude was thoughtful, careful, knowledgeable and patient organizing and planning the set-up and answering my questions, and the installers worked carefully and expertly. All three were pleasant and helpful throughout. So far I have only needed to use the system one day and night; I was away for a week right after the installation and then the weather changed. (Translated by Google) We took possession of a house in August 2021 in which Air Conditioning New Era had installed a Maxi-Air central heat pump system and Daikin central furnace in November 2020. In heating or air conditioning function, the system was extremely noisy (55 DB in the bedrooms , which corresponds to the sound of a washing machine). Mr. Claude Gnreux, owner of Climatisation Nouvelle re came himself to see the situation after our dissatisfaction with a first service call that we paid for. Following this visit, he never returned to make the corrections, even after several calls and emails. His assistant firmly told us not to call them back! We therefore called on three heating/air conditioning companies as well as the Maxi-Vent company (distributor of the heat pump) who came to note various shortcomings: the electrical installation on the main panel, in the exterior box and on the furnace was deficient and potentially dangerous. In addition, the power of the system had been incorrectly rated for the size of the house and the diameter of the ducts, causing noise, cooling without dehumidifying and heating too quickly causing temperature differences. We had to change the complete system in order to secure the electrical installation and find comfort in heating and air conditioning. We can only note a poor assessment of the client's needs, and unfortunately, a flagrant lack of professionalism from this company, which has withdrawn from the guarantee of its work. En fonction chauffage ou climatisation, le systme tait extrmement bruyant (55 DB dans les chambres, ce qui correspond au bruit dune machine laver). M. Claude Gnreux, propritaire de Climatisation Nouvelle re est venu lui-mme constater la situation aprs notre insatisfaction dun premier appel de service que nous avons pay. Suite cette visite, il nest jamais revenu faire les corrections, mme aprs plusieurs appels et courriels. Son assistante nous a fermement rpondu de ne plus les rappeler ! Nous avons donc fait appel trois compagnies de chauffage/climatisation ainsi que la compagnie Maxi-Vent (distributeur de la thermopompe) qui sont venues constater diverses lacunes : linstallation lectrique sur le panneau principal, dans la boite extrieure et sur la fournaise tait dficiente et potentiellement dangereuse. De plus, la puissance du systme avait t mal value pour la grandeur de la maison et du diamtre des conduits, causant le bruit, refroidissant sans dshumidifier et qui chauffant trop vite causait des carts de temprature. Nous avons d changer le systme complet afin de scuriser linstallation lectrique et trouver du confort en chauffage et climatisation. Nous ne pouvons que constater une mauvaise valuation des besoins du client, et malheureusement, un manque flagrant de professionnalisme de cette compagnie qui sest dsiste de la garantie de son travail.
