Il a perc le condenseur en rinstallant les vis de montage. Il a d faire une rparation. Il avait aussi gar plusieurs bouchons en plastique de ttes de vis. D'autres pannes ont suivi... souvent en dbut de saison (impossible de repartir la thermopompe) cause du condensateur qui tait dfectueux. D'autres pannes en court de saison de baignade (souvent des problmes de sonde de temprature ou condensateur. Une autre panne est survenue peine 2 mois aprs l'expiration de la garantie. J'ai contact Waterco et le technicien m'a fait payer car plus sous garantie. J'ai essay de faire comprendre Waterco que la mme panne qui revenait aux 6 mois, aprs 26 mois de la date d'achat, pourrait au moins tre en partie assume par eux. Bien entendu ils se sont rangs derrire leur garantie limite de 24 mois et m'ont dfi de faire une plainte selon la garantie lgale. Finalement ma carte de crdit offrait la garantie prolonge, ce qui m'a permis de ouvrir les frais. Par la suite j'ai procd moi-mme aux rparations (aprs avoir observ le technicien). Rien de compliqu, de toute manire le produit tait construit de faon trs basique... En conclusion: produit efficace pour chauffer l'eau mais la fiabilit douteuse et au service clientle limit. Finalement j'aurais peut-tre d aller avec le modle chinois...il tait moins cher
