        The Elka Suspension I purchased for my 2021 Tacoma has been amazing! The 2.5 IFP performs wonderfully for my purpose and I am happy to shop Canadian whenever possible . Customer service at Elka ONE year ago during purchase could be challenging at times and not overly helpful. Recently I needed new solutions to my changing build and so I sheepishly reached out to Elka customer service. I have been soo impressed with the response. I've spoken with a couple reps trying to find a cost-effective solution for me. Jean-Francois and Patrick have been INCREDIBLY helpful and consistent with their communication. Patrick consulted with the Elka team and a cost effective solution was offered. THIS is the kind of excellent customer service that greatly helps to reinforce the high quality product they supply and that I purchased. This is how you keep customers returning!! Thank you Patrick very much for all your efforts!! I am grateful .
