Je dcide de faire une plainte au Service la clientle Et je suis tomb sur la personne la moins comptente de cette province (elle se reconnatra). Qui me dit que c'est tout bonnement de ma faute et qu'on ne peut pas prouver que ce soit les livreurs qui aient endommag l'appartement. Cest vrai aprs quavoir pass un t rnover lappartement o je vis, jadore faire des trous dans les murs et enfoncer le bois de mon escalier. Aucun service aprs vente, aucun ddommagement et mme pas d'excuse et une mauvaise foi incroyable. En bref ne confiez pas vos livraisons une quipe de clowns pareil vous vous en porterez mieux.

Home Depot used this company to deliver my new appliance ... horrible experience ... they never called to confirm time of delivery and showed up at 06h30 waking me up from banging repeatedly on my front door. They were obnoxious, unprofessional, loud and inexperienced. They started by saying they did not do installations and had to argue that installation was part of my washing machine purchase. They complained about my purchase and my premises ... they kept on complaining and complaining! When it was finally done, I told them I was not satisfied with their installation and was told " we don't do installations" we did it to help you"!
