Compltement ridicule denvoyer ces clients 40 km pour aller une autre succursale, Quand tout le monde sait bien que ces mesures sont pour faire encore plus de profits, augmenter les transactions lectroniques et envoy les gens au guichet automatique. Jespre que en tant quemploy de CIBC on se sent dune telle bassesse de travailler pour une banque plus que jamais...
