Have not received the case I ordered on Black Friday. Have called and emailed multiple times and they have not responded. Finally got an email from a Pascal who mentioned that the case may have been delivered to an address other than the delivery address and asked me to go there to pick it up. I would not buy from them

I've ordered lots of cases from Nanuk ams extremely pleased with the quality of the cases and the prompt shipping times. I use the cases to build custom equipment enclosures for industrial sound monitoring gear outdoors. The clasps are way easier to use than some of their competitors, especially in cold weather. Price is also very competitive against other big name brands. Would recommend taking a look! Love the fact that they're Canadian.

I have the NANUK 910 for my Dji mini 2 The claw broke off and no longer works the case is only new ,, I emailed them over a week ago and still zero response , it is terrible how many business's don't stand beside there warranty policy these days , but if you add an item to your cart they dont mind spamming you to purchase the item and ignore the fact that you asked a question.

I havent received my order yet and I was told they will send me tracking # but either not received one; and another thing they charged me $15 for shipping when it says free shipping. Tried to phone them many times but no answer. I do not recommend buying stuffs on this site (hardcases.ca) as up to now I dont even know my order status and whereabouts.
