Located in Bromont at the intersection of Bromont & Shefford with the ski hill insight, L'Etrier is a small-ish, quaint bistro sevring a traditional offering of breakfast options: eggs benedict, french toast and the like. We had Smoked Salmon Benedict (tasty) and Waffle with Eggs (good but the waffles were very dry and surprisingly flakey). The service is good. The ambiance is modern-ish with lots of natural light...and they have an outdoor terrace to take in the warm weather during the summer months. Enjoy! Parking: Plenty on site parking...no worries

Amazing selection! The meals were delicious, we had the cannelloni, salmon, duck confit, and the crab cakes. We will definitely be back.
