I have visited the site a number of times and now live 10 minutes from the spa so I was planning to start visiting it regularly. First we had obtained access for baths during a promotion. After 1 hour we moved to the beach. A gang of friends were in the spa and they seemed pretty warm and it was talking loudly. We waited another hour and moved into the hot tub at the main building. Again a group of friends sitting in a circle had a discussion. He was speaking out loud. I can understand people who whisper, (although it must be silent). But it's people who chatted and laughed like at the restaurant. In the past I had noticed that staff were making rounds to keep the place quiet. But nothing was there. I saw some very young employees but he seemed to be assigned to maintenance. Our original plan was to have dinner at a restaurant and spend part of the evening. After 3 hours we decided to leave. I mentioned our disappointment at the reception when we left but I did not feel that we had our satisfaction at heart. Jai visit le site plusieurs reprises et jhabite maintenant 10 minutes du spa, donc je planifiais de commencer le visiter rgulirement. Premirement nous avions obtenu des accs pour des bains lors dune promotion. Malheureusement ceux-ci ont expir et nous avons perdu notre $. Honntement jaurais t laise davoir pu avoir une surcharge car le cot de la vie augmente. Mais on a limpression quon a simplement pris notre argent. On nous avait aussi avis quil y aurait des bruits cause de la construction. Nous y tions prpar donc on tait OK le bruit. Par contre, lorsquon vient au spa cest pour relaxer et il ny avait aucun contrle sur le monde qui parle sur le site. On a dabord visit le quai, le couple ct de nous se chicanais et argumentais. Aprs 1 heure on sest dplac la plage. Une gang damis tait dans la spa et ils semblaient pas mal rchauff et ca parlait fort. On a attendu un autre heure et on sest dplac dans le bain chaud au btiment principal. Encore une fois un groupe damies assise en rond avait une discussion. Il parlait pleine voix. Je peux comprendre du monde qui chuchote, (malgr que a doit tre silence). Mais la cest du monde qui placottais et riais comme au resto. Dans le pass javais remarqu que du personnel faisait des rondes pour garder la quitude des lieux. Mais la rien ny tais. Jai vu quelques employs trs jeune mais il semblait tre attitr lentretien. Notre plan original tait de souper au resto et passer une partie de la veille. Aprs 3 heures on a dcid de quitter. Jai mentionn notre dception laccueil notre dpart mais je nai pas senti quon avait notre satisfaction coeur.

This place is beautifully serene. The vast options leave nothing more to be desired. Ample saunas and steam rooms with varying temperatures and humidity levels between them are great. Choose from hot water, cool, freezing or even fresh from the river. Amazing experience.

J'aime beaucoup leurs pices avec des lits pour se dtendre avec des thmatiques diffrentes.. Je recommande fortement!
