A one star is only because I cant give them 0. They are scammers. They Tried lying to get a congested fee..of $1000 from me, but then. I called the port. They werent congested. They lied. They then left my shipment at the port, they didnt even take it out. So since Im not allowed in the port, I needed to pay another $1000 to another company to finish their job. They dont answer the phone. BEWARE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

If I could give them a 0 I would. Highly unsatisfied. They were uncooperative and were not helpful at all. Not only did they delay the delivery but when they delivered, they left the delivery in the streets and expected me to carry 15 packages myself to my house. When discussing the situation they hung up on me and the driver up and left. They did nothing to problem solve and rectify the issue and my dissatisfaction. Overall, terrible service, uncooperative staff and terrible delivery. All my packages were torn as well. Terrible experience!

The driver had 29 boxes for us - he did not want to bring them into our store instead he wanted to drop them off on the road where he was parked. Then he threatened to take the boxes back and leave - i had to leave my shop and go and help him unload the boxes and bring them in. He called his boss and the boss just leave - terrible company - terrible experience.
