        We have been buying from Must for several years (sofa, entryway bench, kitchen table and 6 chairs and 2 beds) I love their product. Our last purchase was a beautiful oak bed. It was cracking a lot on the other hand and after 9 months and around 8 visits from delivery people and technicians the problem was still not resolved, so we changed models. We were told several times that we would be compensated for all this hassle. It's been 3 weeks and 3 follow-ups with customer service and we still have no feedback. We have been more than patient but I now believe that it is either great incompetence or even bad will. Very disappointed... on a positive note, we had impeccable service from Liliane, our advisor at dix30, who did everything she could to resolve the situation, it reached the end of the process with customer service is ruined. We also had problems with after-sales service during our saga. Damage!
