        Really appalling after sales service. We bought a sofa last May. A month after delivery it was broken. We were told it was guaranteed for life. We contacted the after-sales service who told us that they would replace the sofa for us, but that they had to validate something before proceeding. We will never be remembered. We called them back several times with promises of callbacks that never came. They call back a few days later and they offer me a refund of 10% of the amount of the repair. I got angry and was told that for all the trouble they would trade me. We received the new sofa. When we unpacked it, we realized that it was already damaged. We called back and again we got promises of a call back, but never got a follow-up. Really the worst after-sales service I have seen, especially at the price of the furniture. Avoid the Dix30 at all costs. We are still supposedly waiting for a return call from the manager..
