Second stay at this htel in a few years. Extremely disappointing experience. My room was only cleaned for the first time after my third night at this property. Also, there was no shampoo when I arrived. Finally, the desk chair in my room was in terrible condition with the armrest broken/broken and in dire need of replacement. I mentioned all of this twice to the staff at the front desk and no one did anything. Nobody cared. In addition, the rooms are looking dated and could benefit from a facelift.
