Went in with my 17 Q60 3.0T. Had vibration in my steering my steering at 110km/hr and I was tramlining big time. Got an alignment done, balanced the trims/tires, oil change and they replaced the water pump under warranty. Had a long talk with Jonathan at 730am and he was of great help, we discussed the issues and planned out how to diagnose the problem step by step. Car came out performing beautifully and couldnt be happier. I highly recommend when you need advice to contact this dealership right away. Drive safe but have fun!

My experience with Park Avenue Infiniti is not the best. Everytime they are supposed to do something that I already paid for when I bought the car, their representative is never sure if it's covered or not. They overcharged the insurance in order to minimize the amount of service offered under additional service contract that you pay for.

Bad sales experience. Even if I told him what needs to be prepared for the next appointment, it wasn't done. Wasn't getting back to me when I texted him. There is a problem when the customer has to really insist to get in touch with a sales person. There was some scratches on the car (used) that needed to be fixed (added to contract) before purchase. It was raining cats and dogs the day I got the car so unfortunately didn't inspect it properly. Then I noticed scratches that didn't looked fixed to me and waited two weeks to show them to a friend of mine who worked in a body shop. He totally agreed with me, some of them were left untouched. Contacted Sebastian (sales) who argued all was done, even if pictures were provided. He basically said the scratches were done after even if I could prove him wrong for some. Now it's been 2 weeks since I sent the pictures and he is still ignoring me. I won't forget and spread the word. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I had a great experience with financing (Maria Isabel).
