Shop. The food is excellent, especially the eggplant parmigiana. Unfortunately the customer service has become unpleasant. The lady at the counter seems bothered by any questions and gave the wrong food on my last visit. Today, approaching the door at 4:45, along with another customer, we were surprised to see the door locked. When looking inside, the people working behind the counter saw us, but would not acknowledge us and open the door. Not a good experience.
