When getting off my flight from Toronto to Munich to a connecting flight to Florence, I was informed the flight was cancelled. The next flight was scheduled over 4 hours later so had to sit at Munich airport all that time. They gave me a 7 euro voucher. I decided to file a claim with Flightclaim. After submitting docusign and many back and forth emails some in German possibly from the airline Air Dolmiti, I was pleasantly surprised that after more than a year I received a cheque. Honestly, even with their 25% deduction I was so pleased and received a fair amount of money. Neil D

Watch out when you sign the contract. Even if you manage to get compensated by the airline on your own, Flight Claim will charge you their 25% commission for doing absolutely nothing. Would recommend going on your own to obtain flight delay compensation instead of using these crooks.
