Linfirmire (non IPS) rpondait je ne sais pas mes questions et jai d demander parler au mdecin (qui tait finalement lIPS) pour avoir un semblant de rponse. Ayant dautre problme de sant que je voulais discuter lors de mon rdv de 189.99$, on ma rpondu que ce nest pas ce que javais indiqu dans les notes de la consultation initiale et que ctait un problme complexe et non pas simple, tel que mentionn sur mon type de rdv. Elles mont fait sentir comme si ctait ma faute car je nai pas slectionn le bon service sur clic sant, alors que cest leur service qui est trompeur en indiquant que jallais pouvoir parler un mdecin, ce qui nest pas le cas.
