Official Samsung repair shop wont replace the plastic protector on my Flip 3 because its backorder. The clerk said I should contact Samsung directly. Why cant they take care of this? I just ordered a pack of 4 for 20$ and should get it in a day or two and it comes with the tool to do it yourself so I guess Ill do that instead. How can an official Samsung repair shop not change a screen protector is beyond me and their answer was sketchy at best. Im under the impression they just didnt want to help me and didnt say why.
