Terrible service! The old lady at the reception was on the phone and as I patiently waited for her to get off the phone before asking my question she says yes what would you like I asked for my prescription with distance and she just said no with no explanation and then just ignored me and just started speaking to whoever she was on the phone with. Very rude. Never going back. #lostacustomer

Au bon look, on ma dit de retourner voir loptomtriste pour quelle refasse lexamen avec la machine ajuste dune certaine faon parce que ce ntait pas le standard. Quand je suis retourne au new look, les employes taient dj en mode attaque et ont commenc me faire de lattitude alors que je suis une personne vraiment polie et gentille. Elles mobstinaient et jai fini par dire: ok mais vous voulez que je fasse quoi moi? Cest linformation quon ma donn. Loptomtriste a accept de me voir rapidement et a t vraiment gentille, puis jai finalement pu avoir des lunettes correctes pour ma vue. Je dplore vraiment le service la clientle des employs autre que les optomtristes! En plus chaque fois que jy vais, jentend les employs parler mchamment dans le dos de clients. Mise jour: mes lunettes ne corrigent pas assez bien ma vue, et non ce nest pas ma myopie qui diminue. Je pense que cest parce que jai compar mes nouvelles lunettes aux anciennes sans trop rflchir, puis je navais pas envie de recommencer le processus et me promener entre bonlook et new look je pense que la prochaine fois je vais aller chez une autre compagnie
