99% of the time its only one person working so if you go there at rush hour prepare yourself for the long wait. Customer service wise the staff are sometimes rude sometimes nice, at the end of the day its a minimum wage job I dont expect much but they will try to get your job done or help you as far as they can from my experience. The huge lack of staff is the principle reason of many peoples discontent.

I dont agree with the bad reviews at all. I have been going there for years. Helene is always very polite and helpful. Will tell you the most efficient way to send your parcel at the best price. There usually isnt anyone when I go. Try not going when its busy, initiate a greeting with a smile and I bet you will see a difference! Christina

For me to take the time to write a google review on a Canada Post Office, the service really needed to be that bad. The lady who served me (Helene) definitely looked like she hated her job, and made absolutely no effort to serve me as a client. She was very rude, not helpful at all, and not only with me but with the client next to me.

The blond middle aged lady was very rude and seemed to hate her job and customers. Snarky and condescending. Im bilingual but my first language is English to which she was not at all accommodating to so I had to speak French with her. This must be very frustrating for customers who only speak English.
