This company is comical. Plumber arrived today to help fix the shower handle. My faucet in the other bathroom is gone. He removed it for some unknown reason without any instruction. Originally, when I had the issue my shower was running and unable to shut off, so they sent water cleaners, who proceeded to put two holes in both bathrooms trying to turn off the water. However, neither of them were plumbers and did not get permission to do so. Plumbers showed up a month ago but couldn't work because I hadn't moved the dryer, a task that could easily be accomplished, I single handily moved. All they do is take pictures and go on the phone, no work done, and when it is, it is literally causing destruction to my apartment. I don't understand how one company could operate so unprofessionally.

We asked for a change in personnel management in early autumn and since then we are extremely happy. Leading up to this I would have also given Laucandrique one star as the service and the rudeness we encountered was abysmal. However Mme Rousseau and her team are fantastic. Its like night and day compared to the service we had prior to this. I would just add that there could be a bit more catering to those of us who speak English. I would suggest that people who are having concerns should take the matter to a higher level to get results.
