I had dropped a packet at the Brossard center.. the employee guaranteed me that the shipping cost has been deducted from my credit card when I told them they had not charged me. They sent me an email the same night before closing shop that they mistakenly chose the option cash instead of credit for this. THEY WANTED ME TO INTERAC E-TRANSFER THE MONEY TO THEIR ACCOUNT. THE AUDACITY. anyways.. I paid and had taken a screenshot of the payment. I was assured that the package would be sent on Monday only to see that they have not sent the package even on Tuesday. #facepalm .. I have always believe people should be given 2 chances .. they miserably failed twice.. when I called the customer service center.. the person simply cut the call .. I wish I was famous enough to show the world that a business like this is made to harass innocent people by keeping their package hostage
