        Honestly!! The greatest experience i have ever been through. Started 7 weeks ago(203lbs, 27.5% bodyfat)with Corey and no regrets. Every step of the way, he has been there. Their approach to fitness, their knowlege and support you get with them once you decide to take the plunge.. AWESOME!! 5 STARS. Whether it's your first time or not on a weight loss journey, or if you want to compete in bodybuilding or want to jump back in... the motivation and energy you get from the team. There are no words. I am presently down to 186.8 lbs with 18% bodyfat and i can't wait to see the end result. I have only started to learn and i can't wait to continue. LET'S GOOO!!!
