Maintenant, j'appelle mainte reprises parce que je ne comprends pas pourquoi un compte ne passe pas sur ma carte, aucune reponse, jai donc appel le service client pour faire une plainte et on me dit que j'ai les fonds. J'ai donc mis une plainte officielle et une personne a fini par me rappeler pour me dire qu'il n'y avait rien faire, qu'un compte peut prendre jusqu' 36h pour passer et qu'elle tait dsol pour moi (au passage, la dame m'a dit que tout le monde devrait savoir a). Je ne fait jamais de plainte en ligne, mais c'est ma faon de vous dire, allez voir une autre banque!! Si vous n'tes pas dans la 30 aine avance ou avec un solde "moins lev", on ne vous prend pas au srieux.
