        I have never dealt directly with MKE, but have worked in several kitchens equipped with their cookstoves, fryers, and salamanders. Their stuff is the best, bar none. Good designs, well thought out, reliable equipment.

        This is the worst company. Their service department are so rude and they try to stone wall you when requesting service. Odette the service Manager is even worse to deal with. She makes you feel that she's doing you a favor but doesn't realize that we are customers who paid for these machines. Never will be buying any MKE equipment.
