Poor and unreliable service I contacted this company urgently with a sourcing query for a specialty essential oil. The representative (whose privacy I'll protect without naming) claimed to have what I was looking for and said he was going to contact me back within an hour. Several days later I called back and he claimed to have sent a text to my landline. Then after speaking to him again he said he would get back to me in a day with details on what they could do. Several days later, I reached out again wondering what had happened as my need was rather urgent. I got another story and he would now get back to be in 30-45 minutes tops. That never happened. So I would not recommend this company for your projects as they are unreliable with very poor service. If they can't be bothered to even get back with a quote in a timely manner, it's highly unlikely they will deliver or respect timelines when it comes to a large order. This is disappointing as I am always trying to source from Quebec companies first but experiences like this further push me to look outside.
