Je lui ai demander de tout de mme tester avec une nouvelle tige il a refuser "a sert rien". J'ai besoin d'un lighter fonctionnel quand mme, il m'a vendu 2 lighters (le deuxime est pratique) car il disait que a servait rien que j'achte une tige pour tester. J'arrive chez moi et par curiosit je switch les tiges du nouveau lighter et de mon rose gold "bon jeter", rsultat, le nouveau n'allume plus (qui faisait une flame de 1 pouce avec la tige neuve) et mon rose gold fait sa petite flammche capricieuse habituelle. Maintenant j'habite 1h de route, a va me couter plus cher de gaz que de tenter de me faire rembourser 7$ de lighter et de dire au petit jeune qui connait rien, mais aujourd'hui je me dois de laisser le commentaire; le petit jeune qui tait seul cette journe l, soit il connais rien aux lighters Clipper ou il est la commission et il savait que je ne reviendrai pas du coins. 2 toiles car j'ai des lighter en back up, mais j'ai quand mme acheter du gaz pour rien car la mienne tait neuve et le personnel coute pas le client.

    I wouldve given them a 0 but they wouldnt let me. THE ABSOLUTE WORST prohibitions I have ever had the experience of being in. Zack was so disrespectful. He didnt even great me when I walked in. There was only one other person in the store and even at that when he was done he went on his phone and disappeared for 20 minutes. Then when he got to me he had an attitude and it wasnt welcoming at all. I had to keep going back to him to ask for help. When other clients of a different skin tone came in his attitude changed. He was way more welcoming and cheerful.he left me unattended for 45 minutes with no help and no concern for the product he was selling me and when I did purchase my grinder, it ended up being damaged. I refused to ever shop there ever again. The costumer service made me regret my choice in stores. Next time I will just take my business elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed.
