        The young man at the checkout is rude. While you tell him what you want, he talks with the others in the back and when it's time to pay, he tells me to go and pay. First time I go to this Tim and last time.

        Very slow to make orders, needs better management. Otherwise good atmosphere, I can't rate the food because I just order my coffee and a regular old-fashioned donut. Wheelchair accessibility: Good accessibility for wheelchairs, however the sidewalks and parking lot need to be restored for greater convenience.

        The Timbits in my box were mixed with not fresh...a taste of old Timbits. Their privilege card system does not automatically give us a reward nor does it ask us if we want it. Bathroom cleaning is half done, no soap in the terminal.
